In the past few weeks we have aggregated radon level data by zip cod and organized it all into one map of los angeles. the reason behind doing this is radon is a radioactive gas which is harmful to humans.Radon is most commonly emitted from granite and builds up in enclosed spaces like basements. We have organized all of the data according to zip code and we sorted the data on the map according to ratio of positive tests.
0.0 up to 0.143= cyan
0.134 up to 0.286= green
0.286 up to 0.429= yellow
0.429 up to 0.571= orange
0.571 up to 0.714= red
0.714 up to 0.857 = purple
0.857 up to 1.0= violet
